Báo cáo PCI 2019 là ấn phẩm thường niên năm thứ 15 liên tiếp do VCCI và USAID hợp tác xây dựng và công bố, nhằm đánh giá và xếp hạng môi trường kinh doanh và chất lượng điều hành kinh tế của các tỉnh, thành phố ở Việt Nam. Với sự tham gia của gần 12.500 doanh nghiệp, PCI là “tập hợp tiếng nói” của cộng đồng doanh nghiệp trong và ngoài nước về mức độ cải cách trên từng lĩnh vực điều hành, chất lượng giải quyết thủ tục hành chính, chất lượng nguồn nhân lực và cơ sở hạ tầng tại Việt Nam.
Đặc biệt, lần đầu tiên báo cáo PCI 2019 phân tích về xu hướng tự động hóa và số hoá trong sản xuất hàng hóa, cung ứng dịch vụ của các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam, dự báo các tác động của xu hướng này đối với lao động, việc làm trong thời gian tới.

The Official Online Launch for the
2019 VIETNAM PROVINCIAL COMPETITIVENESS INDEX

The Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) assesses the ease of doing business and provincial economic governance on an annual basis across all 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. The 2019 edition of the PCI report marks 15 years of collaboration between USAID and VCCI. Based on a rigorous survey of nearly 12,500 domestic and foreign firms operating across Vietnam, the 2019 PCI endeavors to amplify the collective voice of private entrepreneurs in Vietnam over essential areas of governance and business environment, including business prospect, ease of doing business, human capital, and infrastructure quality.
For the first time, the 2019 PCI presents analytical findings on behavior and interest of foreign and domestic investors in automation and digital technologies, potential impacts that these investments will have on employment size and composition, and policy recommendations to address automation impacts.
Please be noted that English subtitles are not available for some parts of the 2019 PCI online launch and will be added soon after the launch.
